It seems when the android is connected to the wifi of the battery poe (that’s powering a 450B) for onboarding/alignment, there is no internet access.
Did a google and had a play around with settings on android to no luck.
Any ideas?
You should configure a static IP (169.254.x.x) address when connected to the Wi-Fi SSID of the battery PoE dongle. But this also means that cnArcher will not be able to communicate with cnMaestro using that. To onboard, disconnect from the SSID of the dongle so the phone goes back to 4G/5G. Then select “Workorders” from the menu. You will see details from the SM that was just installed and an option to onboard it. If you are using on-prem version of cnMaestro, wait till you are back in office and connected to the corporate SSID that allows access to cnMaestro on-prem.
Alternately, if you have cnMaestro X, you can use the “Auto Provisioning” feature to onboard the new SM automatically. See cnMaestro User Guide for details.
