hi everyone, how should i fix this? before it was registered, at now i cant register it to the same AP, have same issue when try to register with another AP, i have try to reset the SM, set the distance on the AP, try using 4.8.1 firmware, and not fix yet. could you help me fix this issue…im using ePMP F300-25 as the SM and ePMP F180 for the AP, other SM is still registered only 1 SM cant registered with error INA or whatever it said.
usually it means that AP does not respond for network entry requests. It can be due to interference.
I suggest you to Raise Ticket in the top right of this page and attach techsupport files from AP and SM right after you have got this message with spectrum analyzer enabled or executed.

but the condition only one SM cant registered, how can it cause the interference.
the only way to fix this situation we change the radio with the new one, so our customer can use their connection. We have try to registered it to the close distance AP cant registered too. always reject - ina
