CBSD LOG ERROR

We are starting with Part 96 today and have found the below error for the SM connecting to AP. My representative told me that it may the ports on our Firewall. Does anyone have any helpful information?

Did you ever find the reason for this?

Yes sir it’s very in depth are having similar issues.

I added the cnMaestro as HTTP Proxy. Took care of the heartbeat issue. But still getting UNREGISTERED SMs. AP is registered and ok. Just curious what was done to resolve.
