We are close to the coast, and get many requests to vacate the frequency we are using.
I know there is some new auto-selection process that happens for the channel that Google SAS/Maestro use as a backup channel, but that backup channel seems to often be on odd, 2.5 MHz channels. Is there any control to limit that selection to increments of 5 and 10 Mhz?
Or do we just need to make it so our SMs scan all of these possibilites?
Have you tried removing the 2.5MHz centers and reducing down to just 5MHz centers on both the AP and SM’s… along with only scanning for 10, 20, 30, and 40MHz channel widths on the SM?
We had a couple of 2.5Mhz Custom Frequencies still configured in the AP, and I suppose we didn’t remember that governed the available channels. Easy Enough!
