Perform the following steps to log into the CMM5.

Enter the Username (“root”). |

Enter your Password. Note: The default password is “password”. |

Click “Login”.
Note: The “Reset” button allows you to clear the password field and retype the password. It does not reset the password to default. |
Change Password
Note: The Controller username defaults to “root” and cannot be changed by the operator.
WARNING! There is no method to recover a lost password on a CMM5 controller

From the System screen, select Administration. |

Enter your new password in the “Password” field. |
|

Type your new password again in the “Confirmation” field. |

Click “Save & Apply”. |

Use your new password the next time you log into the CMM5. |
