We have been experiencing ap's losing sync from the cmm5. When first discovered we replaced the ugps, and cable going to the cmm5 from ugps. Also the green light on cmm5 stays on suggesting it has sync still but all aps connected to it lose the sync at the same times.
This has happened on multiple cmm5 that we have and going thru the logs of the aps, it shows this at random times at most of the sites that use the cmm5.
Has anyone else seen this? not sure what to try. We do not use the controllers..and have updated the firmware via USB
