Is there a server bogged down that runs the Cnheat 2.0 service? When I edit my sites with the correct antennas it seems to take forever to navigate or make changes. About 2-3 minutes per change I try to make. I assume there is a mad dash at the finish line here with all the Wisps submitting BDC data.
Is it just me or is it bogged down for everyone?

I am sorry about this. We have traced down the issue to some code related to deleting BDC coverage exports in Step 3 of the process.
For now we have removed this delete capability, and performance seems to have returned.
