cnMaesto guest access using Captive Portal

Hello i'm setting up a guest access wlan using cnMaestro captive portal. I have followed the guide available in your forum and KB, but once i get connected to the WLAN and i try to open something in the browser i get "Forbidden - invalid signature". What am i doing wrong?

Are you using cloud? if so, Could you please invite me into your cloud account as super admin. Navigate to users → Add Users → raja.muniyandy@cambiumnetworks.com.
