cnMaestro auto schedule configuration updates to AP

Allow for configuration updates to AP be scheduled so that opperators can have APs udpated overnight without having to manually push the trigger.

This of course should be generalized to allow all configuration templates to be applied at a scheduled time. Please help us get more sleep as network administrators :smile:

Just to provide an update on this one, it has been included in cnMaestro X!!! WOOT! More sleep for network admins :slight_smile:

Looks like v3.0.0 has this feature. Can only be done from Network or Tower menu, not AP or SM.
