As some of you probably know, Cambium is about to release their own QoE offerings. They’re currently offering trials of this system if you’d like to sign up. But I’d like to know what sort of integration between cnMaestro, the new QoE appliances/services, and the individual radio’s MIR settings you’d like to see? As an example, we currently use Preseem, but we typically set the customers radio’s MIR to just above the highest tier we offer. This acts as a safeguard if a device on the client side becomes infected and starts blasting out UDP or other stateless traffic or zombie DOS that can’t be throttled till it reaches the edge appliance.
