Posting here hoping that I’ll get an intelligent response from someone at Cambium, I can’t seem to reach a qualified support engineer via the normal paid Cambium support channels.
After editing the client names of devices cnMaestro Cloud does not sort properly. Sorting both ascending and descending does not provide a properly sorted list of client devices. See attached screenshots.
We understand that after editing the client names of devices, the sorting functionality in cnMaestro Cloud (both ascending and descending) does not produce a correctly ordered list. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing.
Please be assured that our team is aware of this behavior and is actively investigating the issue to identify the root cause. This issue is being tracked under the jira ID CNSSNG-48763.
We are committed to implementing a fix in a future cnMaestro release.
