cnMaestro Cloud - SSID report for cnPilot devices

Hi all,

Is there a way to generate a report for SSID cnPilot Home devices?

The reason why I need this is that because sometimes they lose the configuration due to a power outage and the only way for me to identify that is by checking the SSID, if they have the CAMBIUM (default) that means they were reset.

Given the large amount of devices, doing that manually isn’t an option.

Hi Ignacio – we have a Configuration Lock feature under Administration > Settings > Advanced Features that will reapply the configuration to a cnPilot Home device if it changes (or is lost). Note this is a Pro feature, so it will not be visible in Essentials.
