Hello, I am looking for a solution with a trouble in a cnMaestro Account, in which I am member and I can’t delete an AP device.
When I try to delete it, cnMaestro shows this message:

Is this a 3GHz/CBRS device? If yes, you will need to delete the CBSD first under the CBRS management tool.
Hello Eric, It isn’t a device like you describe. Is an ePMP 2000 series device.
If that’s the case, you will need to raise a support ticket.

One thing you could try (support will probably have you try this first) is to reconnect that AP back to your network so that it can reach cnMaestro. At that point you should be able to delete the SM’s under it, and then finally the AP.
