CnMaestro Not accepting new devices

Hey guys,

I have a ptp 550 that i just installed, tried to onboard it, and it wouldn’t connect. i tried to manually onboard the device, but as of 11 hours ago, it is not accepting the device. any suggestions?

Does the system log show the device attempting to connect, and any specific errors?
