Cnmaestro-on-premises_3.1.0 GUI can’t login

I have cnmaestro on premises GUI can’t login after 3 day using.
I use cnmaestro-on-premises_3.1.0-r1_amd64.ova and run it on VMWare ESxi 5.5
The first day and the second day everything went normally and on the third day I couldn’t login from GUI.

Please help me
