cnMaestro On Premises - Retrieving Settings

Hi All

I’ve been running a cnMaestro on prem instance for a year or two without any hassles. Unfortunately, it seems to have “crashed” (the VM still starts but none of the cnMaestro services want to start up and I don’t really know how to fault find that). So I’m thinking, fire up a new VM and copy settings across so I don’t have to manually load 100s of devices again.

Is this possible, where can I find the settings?

And yes, I’ll be making backups going forward :sweat_smile:

@rafiqc could you please let us know which version of cnmaestro are you using? also can you please raise a support case in https://support.cambiumnetworks.com?

Hi Anish

It was 3.0.? as I recall, can’t remember where I saw it in order to confirm though (Ubuntu 18.04).

I did post a support case, but having a look now I see no history of it, must have missed something. I’ll post one again now.

Version 3.1.0-r1 … spotted it on our cnMaestro online account.
