I’ve opened a ticket with support, but so far haven’t found a solution, so I thought I’d post here in case someone else had the same issue. After upgrading, we are getting a popup in the web interface that is broken. I cannot dismiss or get around this popup.
Change broswer. If it works, it’s your browser cache to delete.

I’d been using Shift+ Clicking on refresh icon in Chrome for a long time to clear cache. This was apparently not enough of a clear to make this work after the upgrade.
So what I did was install an extension called Classic Cache Killer which fixed it for me for this site
