We just had a 4600 AP go offline in cnMaestro (cloud, and not X), but the AP is not offline. AP is running 5.11.0 firmware.
The Clients show online, but I can’t see any data for any of these Clients when I try view that data in cnMaestro.
Any suggestions on what might be the problem and how to fix it?
You may wish to open a ticket with support and get them support files from the affected units. I’ve had this happen numerous times in 5.10 and 5.11 and it seems like there may be a fix in the works, but the cause may be different in your case, or may be the same.
Now I can’t get into the GUI. Something is definitely strange going on with this AP. We’re going to reboot it in the morning and hope it comes back up. If we have to replace ot tomorrow, it’s going to be hot (90 to 95 deg outside).
