My cnMaestro is 1.2.0r1 and I was woundering if there are upgrade packages for it or if I need to perform a fresh install to get to 1.2.1? I am only seeing the whole image on the support site.
An update from the 1.2.0 OVA to the 1.2.1 OVA requires the OVA upgrade process. The basic steps (from the documentation) are:
1. Export the cnMaestro Server data from the old instance.
a. Navigate to Manage > Server > Operations in the UI of the old instance.
b. The data file is downloaded to your disk drive.
2. Import the data into the new instance.
a. Navigate to Manage > Server > Operations in the UI of the new instance.
b. Upload the data file from your disk drive.
The 1.2.1 release adds support for PMP devices. If you are more interested in WiFi features, we are currently planning to release a 1.2.2 OVA with core WiFi enhancements early next week. It will have both PMP and enhanced WiFi support.
I am not looking for any specific features... I saw that it was a newer release and I am still just testing it with ePMP so I was going to upgrade it.
