AP450 receive ip address from DHCP and cnMaestro URL : from option DHCP 43

SM450 receive ip address from radius "Framed-IP"

Bug: SM not receive  cnMaestro URL from AP450.

Resolved: write static URL on AP450 or SM450

IT is other. Our SM receive ip address from radius answer not DHCP.

SM should get cnMaestro url from the AP - but if AP receive cnMaestro url from DHCP -> SM not may receive cnMaestro  URL
