cnMaestro - voucher design in EasyPass vs old Guest Access Portal

Hello,

When I create EasyPass vouchers it start with title “Internet Access Voucher”.

Is it possible to change this title to your own text, like Company name?

It was possible in deprecated Guest Access Portal but looks like this option is missing in a new EasyPass.

We have same option in EasyPass as well, please follow below steps to edit Voucher message

Network services →EasyPass → Create New voucher portal →Under voucher configuration edit voucher message

Option for existing voucher plan: -

Network services →EasyPass →click on existing voucher portal →Under vouchers click on edit → update name under Voucher message edit

So is it correct that it is not possible to change voucher title in EasyPass like it was possible in old Guest Access Portal? Looks like EasyPass is still less advanced than old Guest Access Portal

Hi @Wojciech_Cwiklinski , Currently, editing the voucher title in Easypass is not supported. However, we’ve raised a Jira to enable this functionality, and the fix is planned for an upcoming release.
