cnMaestro with Active directory authentication and local authentication

Good evening,

we have started to use the Active Directory authentication for every user to access to cnMaestro and works fine.
We want to keep a local account for emergengy but but it doesn’t seem to work. We have to set the remote authentication to none for that.

There’s a solution?

Good morning,

Currently, Local users will be blocked as soon as we enable external login. We are already tracking this issue with below Jiras. Fix will be in upcoming release.

Please try configuring OpenID Connect or SAML and can login via that. (Available from 3.1.1 release).
