Hi mserna -- generally when devices are unable to connect to cnMaestro, the problem is due to DNS resolution or intermediate firewalls. Are you able to ping cloud.cambiumnetworks.com from the device UI?
Hi mserna -- the Cambium ID is not needed when onboarding using the Serial Number. If you are able to ping cloud.cambiumnetworks.com from the device UI, and it is still not showing up, you should check the device log to see if it can provide an indiation for why the connection is not working.
La otra manera de hacerlo es que le pongas el Cambium ID y Onboard Key si lo haces en el radio, asi no tienes que lidear con numero serial. Y luego que ya salvas los cambios en el radio vas a tu cnMaestro y ahi te aparecera
en devices for approval ciruclo un numero, le haces click y este te lleva al Claim device y los apruebas y ya.
