Hello there, does anyone here has send to factory defaults a cnMatrix?
I did holded the button for 10 to 15 seconds, but for some reason, the switfch did not erase the whole configuration.

The switch is factory default when reset button is pressed for 15secs or longer. You had mentioned the switch did not erase the whole configuration, did it erase partial configuration? Alternately you can also issue the CLI command 'boot default'.

I have verified the reset button behavior in 2.1 as documented. By pressing the button for 10-15 secs, the switch will reboot into factory setting. The message below is displayed on direct console connection (not on telnet/ssh connection) before the reboot:
"Boot with default operation enabled from reset button"
