It would be awesome if they could have a watchdog like in the PMP series does.
Are you having a problem with them locking up? Frankly, the last thing you want is your switch locking up. Are you perhaps talking about a per port watchdog that will power cycle PoE at the port?
Per port would be cool if it can’t ping the device on that port, but I was thinking more towards a failsafe when a IP address change goes awry before the config is saved and a reboot would restore the old config.
