How do I overcome this error . cnMatrix Switches cant sync on cnMaestro cloud
There must have been a change on the switch that occurred outside of the switch group. If you know that the switch group is current then you can click on the sync configration link in order to sync the switch with the switch group. This will then clear the alert.
FYI, trivial changes like disabling or enabling ports or PoE in the tools tab of a switch will also cause the switch to be out of sync with the swtich group.
