Hello, I am upgrading APs at our office. we are using the Xirrus XMS cloud solution paired with cnMatrices EX2010. After initial configuration, bootup and onboard the device, I started creating the first vlan. At first I configured the vlan receiving dhcp but then changed to static. while I was entering the static ip information, the cnmatrix became unresponsive, I cannot access the web GUI and i use CLI, I can log in and enter global configuration mode but if I want to check the interface status or change the vlan ip information, the cli becomes unresponsive. The status in cnmaestro went from online to offline and the only clue I have is in the sync status: “Device’s configuration changed outside of cnMaestro” . Can anyone help me what should be the next step in troubleshooting?
