cnPilot E410: Device events are blocked as device is generating high rate of events

I have two E410 with almost the same configuration, two diferents AP groups and one AP asigned to one group,

One AP is on critical alarm "Device events are blocked as device is generating high rate of events." even though both APs are working fine.

I don't know how to see the blocked events, I've compared configurations, restore to factory, asigned the AP with error to the other AP group, upgraded from 3.7.1-r4 to 3.8-r3.... the alarm still persist.

Any help please?

I am getting exactly the same.  Started 2-3 weeks back. Affects e500 and e410 devices.  Periodically exhibiting this behaviour with critical errors showing in cnMaestro as a result.

Any guys can update us regarding this? Our partner dealer also experiencing this.

got in this morning after deployment a week ago and seeing the same issue one of my devices, also e410.

any updates to resolve would be great. different firmware cnPilot e410, 3.10.2-r1

Could you please paste some of the events which is repeatedly seen?
