CnPilot e510 will not Sync

Hello,

I have onboarded 3 CnPilot e510 onto cnMaestro Cloud. I seem to can’t get these 3 to Sync. Its giving me the following Error.

Sync Status
Not In Sync
Sync Configuration
Configuration failed: interface_vlan:subnet clash with other interface.

Any idea on how to get this resovled?

Please set correct netmask in VLAN setting

is this solved ? if not, can you check whether same IP address range is given to multiple VLANs?
