cnPilot Enterprise not working with WPA2 enterprise

Hi
I have configured NPA in Windows server 2022 Virtual Machine .
But when I try to authenticate Wi-Fi, it does not work.
I am doing this as a test before deployment because we have installed cnpilot APs to a client who wants to use wpa2 enterprise.
AP is on latest recommended software

I have followed all steps suggested on this forum but not successful.
I have also written to support but no help so far.

Someone advise

Hi,

  1. Please enable Debug Log on the AP under Tools → Debug.
  2. Also enable the Debug Log on the NPS server end.
  3. Try client connections and capture both debug logs.
  4. Analyze the logs to determine the reason for failure.

The issue is mostly due to configuration errors, such as: a. An inaccurate shared secret key, incorrect RADIUS server IP, or port configuration. b. AP to RADIUS server reachability issues. c. Server-end configuration issues of RADIUS attributes, such as not configuring the AP IP as a client, etc.

Please check this.

update: Laptops are authenticated and connected to the network
phones both android and iphone are authenticated but fail to connect to the network.
For Iphones there is a certificate prompt which asks whether to trust the certificate or not.
For android, when i choose system certificate, server will say “Cerificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted”
when i choose not to validate, server authenticates but the phone wont connect to the network
