------
If the SM LAN interface and the cnPilot R WAN interface are on the same Layer-2 subnet, the cnPilot R should appear below the SM, by default, in cnMaestro’s device tree.
In your setup, is the cnPilot R connected directly to the SM or is there a switch in between?
Can you clarify if you are running cnMaestro cloud or on-premises and the cnMaestro version number? Lastly, what is the software version of the SM?
We tried with static configuration and could not reproduce the issue. if you can provide us more information would help us to debug the issue.
- Network Topology (like R201 directly connected behind the SM or any swtich or router connected in between) - SM and R201 configuration file - If possible, syslog output from ePMP and R201 (Reboot the R201 and once it comes back capture the output)
