cnpilot R190W 4.5-R7 Software update fails to download and update via cnMaestro

I have several cnpilot R190W routers in the field and active in cnMaestro. 

Trying to update to the 4.5-R7 firmware via Software Update on my web portal.

Any ideas besides doing manually onsite?

Says download failed:

Online
DownloadFailed
SW update file download failed

Thanks for bringing this to our notice. The issue was fixed and you should be able to perform the software update through cnmaestro .
