cnPilot R190W cannot connect to cnMaestro cloud

Hi all,

Just purchased a cnPilot R190W for a small managed network. Onboarding from cnMaestro cloud site using serial fails (something about only enterprise hardware currently able to do so), and when trying to onbaord from the router UI I get the error message: cnMaestro account does not support this device type 

The spec sheet says this router is compatable with cnMaestro if I'm reading it correctly.

Anyone have any ideas?

Is your account type WiFi only?

cnPilot R is supported only on Access and Backhaul view.

Good question, how would I find out if my account is wifi only?

Or how to access 'access and backhaul' view?

Login to your cloud account and go under Application->Settings page (Screenshot attached)
