CnPilot R200 C3VoIP-200 Factory Reset

The hard reset for the CnPilot R200 C3VoIP-200 is not working. My wifi works Ok with my password but I cannot login to the web browser as I cannot recall my password. Can anyone assist in reseting as I want to add my USB drive as storage


I hope you have not locked-up the Factory Reset button from the device GUI. If that is the case you cannot reset the unit using the reset button. 

Please try pressing the reset button for ~10-20 seconds (keep pressed), and see it that helps.
