cnPilot R201W - Unable to access GUI

I have two cnPilot R201W which I am unable to access. I receive an ip from the routers and I can ping them, but I am unable to access it through the gui, further more I am able to connect to the wifi. These are factory defaulted units

Any suggestions

I have escalated this to our support team.

May I know if you are trying to access the device via HTTP or HTTPS. Try using alternate browsers.

HTTPS did it! I have only used the ip in the past. ...

That is amazingly annoying - http should still be enabled and redirecting the browser to the https url with a non-cachable page on port 80

Can you try connecting a laptop to any of the LAN ports of the R201W. 

It would get some DHCP ip in the range 192.168.11.x

Now from this laptop try accessing https://192.168.11.1 and see it if it working.
