For some reason i can not add the new cnReach os or radio image to cnMaestro. I am on Version 2.2.1-r32
2 images are the files and one is the error I get.

for a firmware to be accepted by cnMaestro, it needs to be reformated and have a .tar.gz filename extension. We will make sure to publish this file format in our website everytime we release a new version. Thanks for letting us know about what you found. We will fix it soon!
