can you please give more information on where you are registering the ePMP1000 Hotspot? To cnmaestro?

una disculpa, si, me falto algo de informacion.

Quiero dar de alta el EPMPHS24 en el CNmaestro posteriormente administrarlo ya segui los pasos que muestran en la guia rapida pero algo eh dejado de hacer que no logro agregarlo... saludos!

Are you following the procedure to on-board by Cambium ID as documented here http://community.cambiumnetworks.com/t5/cnMaestro/On-boarding-Prerequisites-and-Procedures-Part-1-of-4/m-p/51406/ ?

Note that for ePMP 1000 Hotspot you have to on-board by Cambium ID and not by serial number.

The dashboard page will display the status. What does it show in your case?
