I have a subscriber who has excellent jitter (3-4) and 88/100 link test but still get’s disconnected fairly frequently. The best signal I could get was -80dbm. I also have other customers with a jitter of 10 and a signal of -75dbm who never get disconnected…
Is the user with a jitter of ~10 in 2X mode?
-75dB is a stronger signal than -80. If your noise floor is close to the -80 that would explain why it will not stay registered.
