I am trying to setup the following (see image) and require some assistance. I have a V3000 (which connects to my network via ethernet/fibre PoE injector on Main port). I have setup the V3000 with E2E Controller as a DN. When i went to automatically do a quick PTP to the Pole 1 V5000 using its MAC address, it created the link in the controller, however it has setup the V5000 as a CN, not a DN, and i cannot seem to change the V5000 Pole 1 to a DN. Is it possible to setup the V3000 POP DN to connect to a V5000 DN? If not, do i need to change the configuration so that the V3000 POP is initially a CN and connect to the V5000 as a DN. Both units have v1.7.1 software. Further to that, when i connect up Poles 2 and 3, is it necessary to align the sectors of each V5000 together (ie. sector 1 on Pole 1 connects to sector 1 on Pole 2, etc). Any assistance on how to configure this initial PTP link between the V3000/V5000 would be appreciated.
