I have been working to clean up our prizm monitoring platform and currently trying to create an alert in Prizm for when multiple SMs drop at the same time. The idea is to have it so when a multiple number of SMs off any tower fail Prizms would give an alert while not making our monitoring team be concerned with individual SMs failing.
Has anyone had any success making alerts for multiple devices failing work in Prizm Build: 3.2(3.2.14)?
