Looking for a way to setup custom alerts for SM's. This comes about as we would like to know if the LAN Speed Status changes or is at 10mbps-Full so that we can proactivily fix the problem without the customer making a call or reaching out to them first. The trigger point for the alert could be if the status has been x for 5 mins, then populate an alert.
