Customer Information on v9.4+

Has anyone run into the problem when configuring a SM running 9.4 or above, not being able to save the customer contact information? Seems to be once you enter in all info, save and reboot… the customer contact info is still blank??? I wonder if it’s because of firefox?

Customer contact = info on SNMP conf page? Have you tried another browser? Anyway, try to force full reload by pressing CTRL + F5. What info you see on “associated clients” on AP?

It only happens when pre-configuring a new SM before the installation. No effect on existing SMs out in the field

I’ve never experienced that particular issue on any P8-P11 hardware.
