Customers Loosing Connection

We have customers who are Timing out on a ping test. This seems to be random all over the system. We have two towers currently in service, we just moved some equipment off of an older tower onto a new tower and this is when we started experiencing the problems. Has anyone experienced any problems of this simularity.

What are the RSSI and Jitter values from both the AP and SM’s view? What is your frequency layout? What kind of equipment was moved? Are you using a CMM for timing?

what did you move? If you moved the APs then you need to realign that of you clients.If you’re not using cmm then get one.
