I’ve had a couple instances where a customers SM will revert to the default config out of nowhere. To avoid a truck roll, can I turn ICC on at the AP and then wait for their antenna to connect and configure it? Do I have to change the AP Pre-shared Key back to default?
Firmware version 20.3.1.2 if it matters.
