In the manual I see this:
Navigate to Services > CBRS > Management Tool > Sectors page click De-Register.
When I go to manage in cnmaestro and I see an offline device. I click on the ellipsis next to the device. I see deregister and delete. Will doing both deregister and delete here remove it from SAS as well? It would be a lot easier that way.
