I just notced that the cnmaestro cloud edition didn't allowed me(Latitude&Longitude are ghost) to changed the devices location..

Can you provide some more info like what was the cnMaestro version and device type being used. If it is under a Tree/Site?
This would help us to debug the issue swiftly and provide a solution ASAP.

My mistake , it was under a site, when i removed it allowed me to change the location... Thanks
