"Device offline"

28.09.2019 Since 0 o'clock our devices are reporting a constant error (offline error) devices are not offline, internet is available, I can get it, but clients can't connect.
All devices have been deployed within the WIFI4EU project but are not working properly.
The EU controls them and, therefore, can even suspend payments to us.
Not only me, but many colleagues are experiencing this problem.
Please correct these errors as soon as possible.

Thank you, it was fine so far, but yesterday (08.10.2019 from 8pm) again every hour there is an offline error alert.
