Device out of sync : Configuration failed: Device timed out while waiting for update

Hello I’am getting and error message “Device out of sync : Configuration failed: Device timed out while waiting for update” devices are conected to the cnMaestro on premiss and their status is online, all the data is coming thrgouh. I have checked everything vlans are correct as well as the allowed vlas on the etehrnet interfaces of the ap’s. firmaweres are the latest versions. I also tried manual sync but it doesn’t work either. Please help

sure, i have already sent it
