I work in a company and I received a ptp820s has already been configured but the client does not know the IP that was registered in it. Does anyone know how I can discover this IP or if I can reset it to return to the factory default without having to access the ODU?

there is a way to login into the PTP 820S when you do not have its IP address but you should know the username and password.
Make an ethernet cable with one of the RJ-45 connector normal color code like this:
Orange White, Orange, Green White, Blue, Blue White, Green, Brown White, Brown.
Then, make the other side of the cable RJ-45 connector like:
Blue, Blue White, Brown White, Orange White, Orange, Brown, Green White, Green.
the special crimping connects to the management port of the radio PTP 820S and the normal crimping on your PC.
Add the IP address: 192.0.2.10/24 on your PC and login into the radio using the IP address: 192.0.2.1 and enter the known credentials.
