I have a small test 4600 AP with three 4625 SMs. As is probably normal there was not much noise in the 6ghz band.
Well today I had issues with constant disconnects of one SM with a good (-59db) signal to the AP. I could not find the reason for the session drops till I looked at the AP spectrum scan and found a very loud 20mhz 6ghz channel that was overlapping my 80mhz channel.
I thought OFDMA was supposed to help with this, but it sure acted like normal regular old OFDM where any noise on the channel kills the whole channel.
Is OFDMA actually active on the 5.8 FW or is that, like MU-MIMO, coming in a later FW?
